When you date a guy, he becomes the centre of your world. Life becomes beautiful and you spend most of your time together. But life is not a fairy tale that ends with a happily ever after. When you’re in a relationship, there is a constant fear of losing him to someone else.

You start to feel a shift in his attitude. That is exactly when you should get your guard up. Look for these signs that most women ignore. Listen to what your gut’s call.

Suddenly he has a password on everything he owns! His privacy is an issue, and it is something which is not up for a discussion. He keeps his phone away, and becomes uncomfortable when you sit close to him while he is texting. Secret texts, emails or even calls are becoming frequent. This could be a sign leading to bigger problems. Find the right time to address it in a healthy and open discussion. Don’t confront him directly, be patient and listen closely to what he has to say.

Communication is the key to stable relationships. When your partner stops communicating, take it as a red flag. If he suddenly loses interest in building conversations, stops telling you about his friends or work, it is a definite sign of a problem.

He might not be cheating on you, but he could definitely be hiding something. Hidden emotions such as lack of trust, love or motivation can cause serious harm to your relationship. Better to catch it before it gets out of hand.
